How do I place an order?
Simply browse our shop, add your favorite items to your cart, and head to checkout!
Can I change or cancel my order?
We do not accept cancellations but please contact us within 24 hours of purchase and we'll do our best to help change personalization before your order is processed.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns unless the order was received wrong as no fault of the buyer. If something is misspelled or not correct, you must reach out within 48 hours.
What if I dont pickup my items?
If shipping is not chosen/paid at checkout, pickup is your responsibility. Items left unclaimed for over 90 days become property of Paint the Town and will be removed from the pickup box. If you decide within that 90 days that you would like your items shipped, please contact us and we can send an invoice for shipping charges.
